As a Data Entry Specialist - Medical Records, you will accurately input patient information into Sharecare’s internal systems and client Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms.
Your day-to-day work involves accessing and navigating multiple EMR platforms to retrieve, validate, and process patient health information (PHI). You will ensure data accuracy and consistency while meeting productivity benchmarks, and maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and company privacy policies.
This role supports the Release of Information (ROI) process in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will collaborate with team members to support process improvements and service quality, and provide courteous, timely, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements
