Your primary responsibility will be the accurate preparation, tracking, and storage of all medical records for the hospital. You will prepare records before outpatient clinics, transport them to relevant departments, and ensure meticulous filing upon completion—all while managing a high volume of daily appointments.

This bank position offers flexible working hours Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7am and 6pm, ideal for those seeking work-life balance. Requirements

  • Highly organized and accurate with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and data entry.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach within a clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with departments.
  • Willingness to undergo full training provided; previous experience in a similar healthcare or administrative setting is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Take primary responsibility for the accurate preparation, tracking, and storage of all medical records for the hospital.
  • Prepare medical records prior to outpatient clinics and transport them to the relevant departments.
  • File records upon completion of clinics, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations at all times.
  • Assist with the timely retrieval and return of medical records for patient appointments and clinical reviews.
  • Liaise with clinical and administrative staff to ensure records are available for all scheduled appointments.
  • Support the organization and maintenance of the hospital's medical records filing system.
