Sharecare is a digital healthcare company that delivers software and tech-enabled services to improve care quality and lower costs. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will accurately input patient information into Sharecare's internal systems and client Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms, supporting the Release of Information (ROI) process.
Day to day, you will access and navigate multiple EMR platforms to retrieve, validate, and process patient health information. You will ensure data accuracy and consistency while meeting productivity benchmarks, all while maintaining strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
This role thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where team members support process improvements and service quality. You will provide courteous, timely, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Requirements
