As the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Director for the San Antonio market, you will provide clinical leadership, oversight, and direct speech-language pathology services to pediatric clients while supporting the growth and development of the therapy program in the region.

You will blend hands-on clinical care with leadership responsibilities, including staff supervision, training, and program development. The position starts with a small clinical caseload that gradually decreases as your leadership-focused responsibilities expand.

You will serve as the primary speech-language pathology leader and clinical resource for the region, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners. This is a remote role that requires local travel for patient care, staff support, and community engagement.

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Texas
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
Experience providing speech-language pathology services to pediatric clients
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience in a clinical setting
Ability to travel locally within the San Antonio region
Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and quality assurance in pediatric therapy

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to pediatric clients
Carry an initial, small clinical caseload with a gradual transition toward leadership-focused responsibilities
Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as applicable
Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and training to therapy staff
Support program growth, quality assurance, and clinical best practices
Serve as the primary speech-language pathology presence in the San Antonio region
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners
Participate in local travel for patient care, staff support, and community engagement
