In this position, you will work in a full-service, accredited Immunohematology Reference Laboratory, resolving complex immunohematology and compatibility issues to ensure the safest blood for patients. You will deliver excellent customer service with no on-call requirements, focusing on critical and complex testing that directly supports lifesaving patient care.

Requirements
- National certification as MT/CLS/MLS with ASCP, AAB or AMT, including immunohematology
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory, Chemical, or Biological Science
- Familiarity with blood banking
- Preferred: SBB(ASCP) or BB(ASCP) certification
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; no visa sponsorship available
- Must be able to work in Dunwoody and Marietta
Responsibilities
- Work in a full-service, accredited Immunohematology Reference Laboratory
- Resolve complex immunohematology and compatibility issues to ensure the safest blood for patients
- Deliver excellent customer service with no on-call requirements
- Perform critical and complex testing that directly supports lifesaving patient care
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve laboratory challenges
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
