Spire Claremont Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Bank Specialist Radiographer to join our experienced and dynamic Imaging team. This is a bank role working ad hoc shifts to cover annual leave and sickness. The hospital has provided first-class independent healthcare since 1953 in Sheffield's Crosspool area.

Perform general imaging for patients within the radiographic department using facilities like static MRI, CT scanner, and digital X-ray. Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information while keeping accurate records. Ensure a high standard of patient care is maintained throughout all procedures.

The hospital features 42 beds, three laminar flow theatres, 13 consulting rooms, and diagnostic imaging services. It supports surgery and outpatients in beautifully landscaped grounds, just 3 miles from Sheffield city centre. Join a team focused on health, safety, and security improvements.

Requirements

  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Radiography and be registered with the HCPC
  • MRI/CT/General X-rays/Fluoroscopy/Theatre experience
  • I.V. cannulation competent
  • Possess strong communication skills and a good standard of IT
  • Previous experience within private healthcare desirable
  • Mammography experience with mammography accreditation certificate desirable

Responsibilities
