Creative Health Solutions is seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at a beautiful Skilled Nursing Facility with Assisted Living in Ocala, FL. As an in-house therapy company, we specialize in providing patient-centered care and developing great clinicians.
The ideal candidate will develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being. They will document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and outcomes. Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.

Requirements
- Valid State OT License
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- BLS certification (preferred)
- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs to inform treatment planning.
- Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
- Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
