As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver excellent patient care first and foremost, coordinating a safe and compliant working environment. You will assist in surgical procedures, conduct pre- and post-operative visits, and ensure accurate and complete patient charting.

Your day-to-day involves conducting pre/post-op assessments, patient education, and wound evaluations, while supporting physicians during procedures and monitoring patient vitals. You will administer and document medications, including monitoring lidocaine use and antibiotic prophylaxis.

You will lead emergency drills, maintain the Banyan Stat Kit and AED checks, and enforce HIPAA and PHI protections. Safety, infection control, and quality improvement are central to this role, as you participate in QA/QI initiatives and ensure timely documentation.
