As the fastest growing mental health practice group in the country, we are seeking a Registered Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant to join our Spravato Clinic in Lexington.
In this outpatient role, you will support the administration of Spravato (esketamine) treatment for patients with treatment-resistant depression. Your day-to-day work involves monitoring patients during and after their sessions, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the treatment process.
You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff in a clinic environment focused on personalized, accessible mental healthcare. The team is committed to providing trusted, affordable care in a supportive setting.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) license in the state of Kentucky
- Experience in psychiatric or outpatient clinical settings preferred
- Ability to monitor patients for adverse reactions and manage medical emergencies
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for RN candidates
Responsibilities
- Administer Spravato (esketamine) treatments to patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment sessions for safety and therapeutic response
- Document patient vitals, observations, and treatment outcomes in electronic health records
- Educate patients and their families on the treatment process, potential side effects, and post-treatment care
- Coordinate with the prescribing psychiatrist and clinical team to adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment in accordance with regulatory standards
- Provide compassionate support to patients experiencing treatment-resistant depression
