Join our team and make a difference at ECHO Community Healthcare. Our team is seeking a full-time Psych Nurse or CMA for Beacon Recovery Services Clinic. The Recovery Nurse provides direct patient care for substance use disorders in an outpatient environment.

Work closely with Providers and Managers to evaluate patient satisfaction and outcomes of care. Provide coordination of services within an integrated health care delivery system. Schedule is M/W 8am-6pm; T/Th 8am-5pm; Fr 8am-3pm with no weekends.

Requirements

  • Current Indiana licensure or certification required
  • Substance use disorder experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Current CPR certified
  • EMR experience (EPIC preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care for substance use disorders in an outpatient environment
  • Work closely with Providers and Managers to evaluate patient satisfaction
  • Evaluate outcomes of care
  • Provide coordination of services within an integrated health care delivery system
  • Monitor patient recovery progress in substance use treatment
  • Assist providers with patient assessments and treatment plans
  • Document patient care in electronic medical records
