Spire Clare Park Hospital is seeking an experienced MRI Radiographer to join its bank staffing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work within a high‑quality clinical environment committed to delivering outstanding patient care and diagnostic services. The role involves playing a key part in safe, effective and high‑quality MRI services.
You will assess patients’ physical and clinical needs across a varied and complex imaging caseload. Deliver MRI examinations in line with professional, ethical and departmental standards while producing accurate diagnostic images. Contribute to excellent clinical outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary radiology team.
Spire Clare Park Hospital is a modern elective hospital located in Farnham and rated “Good” by the CQC. It provides a broad range of surgical and diagnostic services, including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Urology, Dermatology and ENT. Facilities are supported by state‑of‑the‑art imaging.

Requirements
- BSc (Hons) in Radiography or equivalent
- Postgraduate MRI qualification or evidence of completion of an appropriate specialist MRI course
- Recent or current experience specialising in MRI
- Proven experience working within an imaging department
- Competence across a broad range of diagnostic imaging skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ physical and clinical needs across a varied and complex imaging caseload
- Deliver MRI examinations in line with professional, ethical and departmental standards
- Communicate complex, sensitive and occasionally contentious information clearly and compassionately to patients and colleagues
- Apply advanced imaging technology for diagnosis, monitoring and treatment
- Promote best practice in health, safety, and radiation protection
- Support service development, quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives
- Maintain awareness of Healthcare Associated Infections (HCAI) and actively contribute to infection prevention and control
- Promote equality, diversity and patients’ rights at all times
