Day-to-day responsibilities include providing clerical support, processing signed and unsigned orders and 485s, and ensuring all key documents are accurately saved to the patient medical record. You will play a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation.

Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have demonstrated experience in the use of a computer, including typing and clerical skills
- Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Six months experience in medical records in a health care office is highly preferred
- Must possess a valid state driver license
- Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
- Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Ensure the integrity of the patient medical record
- Provide clerical support for medical records processes
- Process signed and unsigned orders and 485s
- Ensure key documents are saved to the patient medical record
- Maintain accurate and organized patient documentation
- Support clinical teams with document retrieval and filing
