About this role

MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs, offering play-filled, research-based care across Speech, OT, and ABA. The Clinical Director of Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology provides dynamic leadership and oversight of MeBe’s Speech and Language Therapy department across all markets.

This dual operational and clinical role combines leadership responsibilities with a limited direct therapy caseload averaging 15 clinical hours per week, ensuring continued clinical expertise and hands-on mentorship. You will drive strategic growth, implement best practices, and uphold MeBe’s mission of empowering families through evidence-based care.

You will lead cross-departmental initiatives promoting multidisciplinary collaboration, partner with Senior Leadership and Regional Directors to expand speech services, and oversee quality assurance across states including AZ, CA, CO, TX, WA, and VA. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for MeBe’s Speech-Language Pathology department, ensuring alignment with company mission, goals, and values.
  • Develop and implement best practices, departmental policies, and clinical protocols to ensure high-quality, compliant, and evidence-based care.
  • Lead cross-departmental initiatives promoting multidisciplinary collaboration across ABA, OT, and Speech services.
  • Partner with Senior Leadership and Regional Directors to drive growth of Speech services within existing and new markets.
  • Oversee quality assurance and clinical integrity of speech-language programs across regions, including clinical observations and fidelity checklists for all SLP staff.
  • Ensure adherence to licensure, accreditation, and regulatory standards in all service states (AZ, CA, CO, TX, WA, VA).
  • Maintain a caseload averaging 15 direct clinical hours per week, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and completing documentation.
  • Lead onboarding, coaching, and professional development for all Speech-Language Pathology staff.
