Join AIM Therapy for Children, a dynamic and growing team of allied health professionals dedicated to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care. You'll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, and Positive Behaviour Support in a truly collaborative environment.

Day-to-day, you'll complete initial appointments with new families, run creative therapy sessions in vibrant clinic spaces and out in the community, and work closely with schools and families to ensure a collaborative approach. You'll review therapy journeys and plan next steps as children reach goals or transition on.

Our beautiful, fully equipped clinic spaces are designed for creativity and play, with therapy rooms featuring trampolines, swings, toys, and sensory equipment. You'll have extensive assessment tools and resources at your fingertips, while our admin team handles bookings and invoicing so you can focus on client care.

We offer a strong professional development program with biannual goal-setting and career development planning, plus clear pathways into Senior and Leadership roles. You'll receive a $1,000 annual external professional development allowance and paid PD leave to support your growth.

Requirements

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
A valid Working With Children Check
National Police Clearance
A current driver's licence
Confident communication skills and the ability to connect easily with kids and families
The ability to work independently, while also being a great team player

Responsibilities

Completing initial appointments and getting to know new families
Running fun, creative therapy sessions in our vibrant clinic spaces and out in the community
Working closely with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support
Reviewing therapy journeys and planning next steps as children reach goals or transition on
Being part of a strong professional development program with plenty of opportunities to grow
Providing individual and group therapies in clinics, homes, and schools wherever children need us most
