Requirements
- Experience managing hospital operations in pediatric specialty care
- Proficiency with Epic EMR systems
- Knowledge of Press Ganey patient experience metrics
- Leadership in multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Understanding of evidence-based practice and innovation in clinical settings
- Familiarity with partnerships in hospital networks like Prisma Health
- Administrative oversight of inpatient and outpatient pediatric services
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 50-bed inpatient facility and outpatient clinics
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including pediatric orthopedic surgeons
- Ensure patient-centric care and high experience scores using Press Ganey tools
- Manage Epic EMR implementation and utilization for efficient workflows
- Foster evidence-based practice, innovation, and critical thinking environment
- Partner with Prisma Health Upstate Network for integrated care
- Lead administrative functions supporting orthopedic and neuromuscular services
