About this role

CHT Care Homes is a trusted, not-for-profit organisation with over 60 years of experience supporting older New Zealanders. As a Registered Nurse with us, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, resident-centred care across our 21 homes in the North Island.

Every day you will complete initial and ongoing clinical assessments, plan and deliver high-quality nursing care, and maintain accurate documentation. You will review and adjust care plans for safety and effectiveness while monitoring health changes in residents.

Building strong relationships with residents, families, whānau, and allied health professionals is central to this role.
