MediLodge of Clare is hiring a Registered Nurse to plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents. The RN initiates and leads team conferences to develop individualized care plans, assesses and documents resident conditions, and implements physicians' orders. They assign nursing care to team members based on resident needs and supervise, direct, and evaluate LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs. They also administer medications and start IVs as part of direct patient care.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
- Valid RN license in the state employed.
- Valid CPR certification.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to assess resident conditions and nursing needs.
- Competency in medication administration and IV therapy.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills for directing clinical staff.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and provide total nursing care for residents.
- Initiate and lead team conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans.
- Assess and document resident condition and nursing needs.
- Accurately and promptly implement physicians' orders.
- Assign nursing care to team members in accordance with resident needs and staff capabilities.
- Supervise, direct, and evaluate LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
- Administer medications and start IVs as needed.
