About this role
At Engage Senior Therapy, we provide on-site physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services to senior living communities across New England. Our team delivers compassionate, relationship-centered care that helps patients maintain mobility, independence, and confidence in daily life.
As an Occupational Therapist you will serve a diverse geriatric population across independent living, assisted living, dementia, and memory care settings. You will build meaningful relationships while delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions that maximize safety and participation in meaningful activities.
Each day includes comprehensive evaluations of ADLs, cognitive performance, and mobility needs followed by hands-on treatment such as ADL retraining, cognitive rehabilitation, balance training, and adaptive equipment recommendations. You will also implement fall prevention strategies and environmental modifications across one or more communities.
You will collaborate closely with physical therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams using AI-assisted documentation tools.
