About this role

Infinite Aged Care is seeking passionate and reliable Registered Nurses for full-time and part-time positions at our Hahndorf facility. This role is highly visible and vital in meeting residents' daily needs while delivering high-quality, person-centric care to residents and families.

Our nurses are responsible for the total care of each resident, including physical and emotional wellbeing and safety. You will have the autonomy to make decisions while enjoying the support of personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams, with morning and afternoon shifts available.

As a role model, you will adhere to safe practice measures in medication management and provide leadership to promote a harmonious team environment aligned with our values. New graduate nurses, junior registered nurses, or those new to aged care are encouraged to apply, supported by our six-month Next Step Nurse Transition Program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Nursing degree
  • AHPRA Registration with no restrictions
  • Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
  • Alignment with the company's philosophy and values

  • Ability to think on your feet and work effectively in a team
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and a caring-centric approach

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centric care to residents and their families
  • Manage the total care of residents, including physical, emotional wellbeing, and safety
  • Adhere to safe practice measures in medication management
  • Provide leadership to personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams
  • Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers
  • Act as a role model to promote a harmonious team environment aligned with company values
  • Follow compliant practices for the elderly in a clinical care setting
