Requirements

Active MD with strong clinical background in hospital medicine, primary care, remote care, geriatric care or other relevant specialty
Practicing physician, department chair, or former clinical executive
Experience guiding clinical direction and validation in health technology
Knowledge of regulatory compliance for medical devices and robotic systems
Familiarity with clinical decision support and AI in healthcare
Ability to communicate clinical value to providers and stakeholders

Responsibilities

Work with research and product teams to define, measure, and communicate clinical outcomes and value our system delivers
Oversee and guide clinical certification processes, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
Partner on usability testing with clinical end-users
Bring the physician perspective into our roadmap, identify unmet clinical needs, and evaluate proposed features
Represent Norbert Health at medical conferences and industry events, present clinical findings, and build relationships with key opinion leaders
Serve as a senior clinical resource advising on medical accuracy, clinical protocols, and medicine-technology issues
