About this role
Make a meaningful difference with UnitingCare Metro Hospitals as a Dietitian at St Andrew's War Memorial Hospital. You will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for patients across inpatient and outpatient settings while building relationships that leave lasting impacts.
Manage a complex variable caseload both independently and within a multidisciplinary team. Apply the Nutrition Care Process Terminology to deliver care in areas including critical care and GI surgery with TPN support.

Requirements
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Tertiary degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with Current Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status with Dietitians Australia
- Minimum 2 years experience as a practicing Dietitian within an acute hospital setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of and application of Nutrition Care Process Terminology
- Experience managing complex caseloads particularly critical care and GI surgery including TPN
- Experience with electronic patient menu systems e.g. Delegate
Responsibilities
- Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for patients across a range of clinical areas in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Manage a complex variable caseload both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Apply Nutrition Care Process Terminology in daily patient care
- Support critical care and GI surgery patients including TPN management
- Utilise electronic patient menu systems such as Delegate
