Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- Previous experience working within a surgical ward
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- A warm, considerate and empathetic character
Responsibilities
- Deliver highest quality clinical outcomes in outpatient department
- Provide nursing care with more time to care for patients
- Participate in Speaking Up for Safety programme
- Support surgical outpatient procedures and patient consultations
- Administer treatments, dressings, and medications to outpatients
- Manage patient flow and follow-up care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in hospital environment
