Requirements

At least one year of acute care RN experience in an ICU or Step down
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain)
BCLS certification and ACLS certification by AHA

Responsibilities

Deliver expert, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in the Surgical Trauma ICU
Provide compassionate nursing care in a Level 1 Trauma Center for adult and pediatric patients
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure amazing patient outcomes
Participate in shared clinical decision-making and uphold a culture of professionalism
Adhere to BCLS and ACLS protocols in a fast-paced critical care setting
Support the hospital-wide mission of Putting Patients First in every interaction
