We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Business Office. You will manage and advance a variety of strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency. These efforts support the department’s mission in a hospital setting.

Coordinate and implement program and project activities such as assessments, organizational changes, and process improvement initiatives. Develop materials including SOPs, templates, presentations, website content, and social media content. Assist with new processes, systems, and dashboards to enhance operations.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution. Work in a dynamic environment focused on pathology and laboratory medicine business functions. Engage in cross-functional efforts to advance departmental goals.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project/program coordination, process improvement initiatives, and/or implementing new processes and systems
Experience with project management tools such as Gantt Charts and Project Charters
Bachelor’s degree preferred
