In this role, you'll evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses, provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries, and execute program workflows and protocols. You'll critically think using your clinical experience to conduct risk and health assessments with appropriate documentation and follow-up.
You'll join a team at the forefront of musculoskeletal care, recognized with awards like the Indiana Governor's Workplace Safety Award and the Ergo Cup. ATI is NAOHP Program Certified with outstanding client satisfaction scores and unmatched clinical expertise.
We invest in our providers through specialist certifications in ergonomics, early intervention, and occupational health. Partnering with the nonprofit Institute for Musculoskeletal Advancement, we contribute 10-15 published papers annually and support community impact through the ATI Foundation.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
- Passionate about delivering exceptional occupational health services
- Clinical experience in evaluating and treating injuries and illnesses
- Ability to perform medical surveillance, physicals, and injury care
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and occupational health protocols
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Lead a dedicated team supporting employees at client locations through medical surveillance, physicals, and injury care
- Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses using clinical experience to conduct risk and health assessments
- Provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries and illnesses
- Execute program workflows, protocols, and procedures
- Guide day-to-day operations and team performance
- Collaborate with the Early Intervention and Safety Team to drive injury prevention and efficient clinical operations
- Document all assessments and follow up appropriately
