As a MICU Nurse, monitor and manage critically ill patients requiring intensive medical care. Administer life-saving treatments using advanced ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring equipment. Respond rapidly to changes in patient conditions in a high-acuity setting.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Critical care nursing certification
- Proficiency in MICU equipment and protocols
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of sepsis management and ARDS care
- Ability to interpret arterial blood gases and EKGs
Responsibilities
- Provide intensive care to critically ill medical patients
- Monitor vital signs and hemodynamic status continuously
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and ventilator support
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team on care plans
- Perform emergency interventions and rapid response procedures
- Document patient progress and response to treatments accurately
- Educate patients and families on critical care protocols
