Initiate and lead team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans for residents. Assess and document each resident's condition and nursing needs accurately. Promptly implement physicians' orders and assign nursing care to team members based on resident needs and staff capabilities.

Starting wages range from $46.40-$65.65 per hour, calculated based on experience, shift, Michigan Direct Care Incentive, and weekend programs. Requirements

Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
Valid RN license in the state employed
Valid CPR certification
One year of nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

Initiates and leads team conferences in development of individualized nursing care plans
Assesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing needs
Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders
Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident's needs and the person's capabilities and qualifications
Provides supervision and guidance to clinical staff members
Coordinates total nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting
Monitors and evaluates resident responses to nursing interventions
