Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization and board certification in Pathology
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a pathologist in the private healthcare sector is preferred
- Demonstrated expertise with laboratory techniques and diagnostic tools common in pathology
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality management applicable to private laboratories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with medical teams and patients
- Ability to manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced private sector environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with advances in the field of pathology
