About this role
As a casual Registered Nurse at Elmwood in Manurewa, you will practice at full scope within a nurse-led service. Your clinical expertise and judgment will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care and support to residents. You will coordinate daily care needs while building strong connections with residents and their families.
Coordinating daily care needs means delivering comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions both independently and collaboratively. You will make critical decisions regarding resident care and demonstrate autonomy in a dynamic aged care setting. Leadership and guidance to care staff form a core part of each shift.

Requirements
- Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate
- Commitment to delivering excellent service
- Previous experience using clinical systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Capability to coach and mentor other staff
- Flexibility to work on a rostered shift basis
Responsibilities
