About this role
NEXT Occupational Therapists impact lives daily by caring for people suffering from general, upper extremity, and neurologic conditions that adversely impact their ability to perform activities of daily living. As a NEXT Occupational Therapist, you are part of a team who works together to provide solutions for patients through creative, compassionate care.
In this role, you will showcase a desire to connect with people through a positive, approachable attitude while demonstrating flexibility and creativity in care delivery and therapy plans. You will ensure that each patient leaves feeling happy, healthy, and empowered to function at their best in their daily activities.
You will work within a solutions-oriented company with locations in Florida and Kentucky, serving residents in Independent, Assisted, and Memory care communities. The team is committed to being a resource to patients and key stakeholders with a goal of helping as many people as possible every day.

Requirements
- Outgoing, personable, and confident demeanor
- Exceptional communication skills and coachability
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently
- Working knowledge of Medicare documentation and billing/coding practices
- Graduate of an ACOTA Accredited occupational therapy program
- A minimum of 2 years professional experience; Modaility Certification preferred
- State Licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification via the American Heart Association
