You practice within a diverse multi-disciplinary care team and provide clinical leadership. This ensures individualised integrated effective and safe clinical care. A person-centred approach recognises and promotes each resident's unique goals and preferences.

Requirements
- Demonstrated compassion empathy and advocacy with passion for impact on residents and families
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to ensure best resident experience teamwork and standard of care
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making
- Track record of leadership ability to coordinate care across the team and provide clarity and direction
- Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee the provision of high-quality care to residents
- Practice within a diverse and multi-disciplinary care team
- Provide clinical leadership ensuring individualised integrated effective and safe clinical care
- Embody a person-centred approach recognising and promoting the individual's unique goals and preferences
- Participate in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement activities
