About this role
Are you passionate about helping children? Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy seeks a licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant for our multidisciplinary outpatient practice. We offer one-on-one treatment in clinic, ranch with hippotherapy, and telehealth settings.
Provide direct occupational therapy following documented treatment plans to help children increase independence in daily living skills. Administer therapeutic activities, exercises, and sensory skills in a fun, collaborative environment. Document patient performance and adapt materials to individual needs.

Requirements
- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Passionate about helping children reach therapy goals
- Ability to provide pediatric occupational therapy services
- Experience administering therapeutic activities and sensory skills
- Familiarity with hippotherapy and ranch-based therapy
- Effective communication in oral and written formats
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment plans and protocols
Responsibilities
- Provide direct occupational therapy to children following documented treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic activities, exercises, and sensory skills to accomplish treatment goals
- Document patient performance such as tallying data
- Prepare therapy materials and equipment for use in activities
- Adapt or modify materials and equipment based on patient needs
- Work in clinic, ranch, or telehealth settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and administrative staff
- Design home exercise programs and instruct patients, families, and caregivers post-discharge
