Daily responsibilities include conducting quality supervision sessions, supporting team utilisation, and assisting with recruitment of clinicians who embody our values. Leaders facilitate the new staff induction program, foster positive team culture, and conduct performance reviews. They ensure quality assurance in documentation and manage site issues like workplace health and safety.
Work in multidisciplinary therapy services across the lifespan from toddlers to aged care. Settings include clinic spaces, private hospital, residential aged care, schools, homes, and telehealth. Enjoy diverse client populations and mixed caseloads in beautiful rural surroundings near Sydney CBD.

Requirements
- Degree qualified Occupational Therapist
- Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Demonstrated experience in positively leading other clinicians in the ongoing development of their clinical skills
- Considerable experience as a clinician providing therapy in a range of settings
- Enthusiasm to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Own vehicle and current full driver licence
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality supervision sessions with clinicians in their team
- Support team members to achieve their clinical utilisation
- Assist management with recruiting new clinicians who embody the organisation’s values
- Facilitate and continually review the new staff induction program
- Foster and maintain the positive team culture
- Conduct regular reviews of each team member’s performance
- Ensure quality assurance is maintained across all documentation
- Manage site issues related to workplace health and safety, space allocations and resources
